Q:  How do I track my package?

A:  You should receive an email from UPS with your tracking # when your item is shipped.  You can go to www.trianglesurplus.com and click on UPS shipping on the home page then enter the tracking # to track your package.  You can also ship by the reference #, which is the same as your ebay item #, on the same page of our website.

Q: Can I purchase this club(s) outside of eBay?
A: Yes, we sell most items through eBay, but we do have items for sale through our website as well.

Q: Will you close this auction early for me?
A: No, in an effort to be fair to all of our customers we do not close auctions early

Q: Are your items counterfeit or knockoffs?
A: We only sell 100% guaranteed authentic products

Q: Will you ship to Canada, UK, Australia, etc.?
A: We currently ship to Canada and will be adding other locations in the near future.  See our Shipping Policy for more information.

Q: I bought a club and simply can not hit it. Can I return it?
A: No, we only accept returns on items where we have clearly made a mistake in our listing.

Q: Will you leave feedback if I win an auction?
A: Yes, all paying bidders receive positive feedback. Conversely negative feedback will be left for non-paying bidders and you will be blocked from future Triangle Surplus auctions.

Q: I saw one of your eBay items listed but I need a different loft, flex, etc. Do have have one available?
A: All of our inventory is listed on eBay so please check our listings.

Q:  Which shipping service do you use?
A: We currently ship using United Parcel Service (UPS) for all packages.

Q:  Do I have to purchase insurance for my purchase item?
A:  
No, insurance for the purchase price is included in the price of shipping.  If an item is damaged in shipment please contact us ASAP so that we can file a claim with UPS.

Q:  Do you combine shipping?
A:  Items that ship together will be discounted! For an exact quote, email Customer Service.  Be sure to indicate which items you would like shipped and where you would like them shipped.  See our Shipping Policy for more information.

Q:  When will my package be shipped?
A:  All packages are shipped within 2 business days after payment is received.  See our Shipping Policy for more information.
